I utilize a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. I pull techniques from these modalities, however, our time together will be individualized to your wants and needs.

Making a change can be both daunting and fulfilling. We often become so comfortable with our routines that we fear stepping out of our comfort zone and trying something new. However, sometimes making a change is the best thing we can do for ourselves.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the philosophy of empowering clients to identify their unique strengths and utilize them to drive meaningful progress toward their goals. I believe that change occurs when clients feel confident, motivated, and supported in their efforts to develop new skills or behaviours.
